Hey, I'm Tina!
With 7 years of experience under my belt, the last 3 have focused on empowering professionals like you to thrive both personally and at work.

I am a clinical professional counselor licensed in NV, AZ and WA state. I also hold the designation of Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in NV and Substance Abuse Professional.

I have 2 big dogs, Socks and Mason. One of them falls asleep, snoring loudly, as I conduct telehealth sessions from my office.

When I’m not working, I’m probably chilling with my dogs or getting into some kind of creative project. I can’t wait to connect with you!
What I Do:
One of my favorite approaches is ACT, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. The core idea is pretty simple: avoiding discomfort might feel great in the short term, but it doesn't exactly lead to a life of deep meaning or fulfillment. So, in our work together, we’ll create a relationship that’s warm, full of laughter, and a space where being real and vulnerable isn’t just safe—it’s celebrated.

Think of it like this: it’s tempting to skip the broccoli and go straight for the cake. It sounds amazing at first, but in the long run, it’s not going to leave you feeling strong, energized, or ready to take on the world. Let's work together to find balance in life.
What Inspires Me:
That mindset is exactly why I named my practice
"Meaningful Lens Therapeutic Services". The goal is
to help clients see things from a perspective of what matters to them most.
Instead of dodging those hard truths or uncomfortable emotions, we work on facing them head-on! We'll look at everything with the bigger picture in mind, making choices that align with the life you want.
